The Barbon Buildings are located on Red Lion Square, a beautiful London Square set back from the hustle and bustle of High Holborn yet only a stone’s throw from Holborn Underground station taking you into both the City and West End in a matter of minutes.

Steeped in history, Red Lion Square was laid out in 1684 by Nicholas Barbon and is said to be the resting place of Oliver Cromwell and home to several notable individuals including William Morris, Dante Gabriel Rossetti and John Harrison, the world renowned inventor of the marine chronometer, who lived at number 12 and has a blue plaque dedicated to him on the corner of Summit House.
